ABOUT COLLEEN BROCKBERG
I grew up in Wauwatosa, WI and moved to St. Paul, MN in 1995. I have been married since 1997 to Jim Brockberg. My husband and I have three wonderful children: Evan, Emily and Matthew! We have lived in Hugo since 2002. We love our community and all the exciting changes taking place. It has been a great place to raise our family.

I have been a full time REALTOR since 1993. I am also an accredited Relocation Specialist and Certified Home Stager. Fortunately, I have had the honor of being named Super Real Estate Agent by the Mpls/St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. Fewer than 4% of all licensed real estate agents in Minnesota are selected each year to receive this distinction. The agents are selected in surveys filled out by recent homebuyers, sellers, mortgage and title companies, subscribers to Twin Cities Business Monthly and Mpls/St. Paul Magazine, and previous Super Real Estate Agents. The surveys are based on nine criteria: communication, integrity, market knowledge, negotiation, marketing the home, closing preparation, professionalism, overall satisfaction, and finding the right home.
Although I am honored to be acknowledged by these reputable, prestigious resources; I am most proud of the positive testimonials I receive from past clients. With 90% of my clients being referred to me each year, my greatest achievement is a satisfied client who confidently refers me to their friends and family.
Through the years, I have worked hard to create detailed systems to ensure my clients receive the education they need to make informed decisions, and the service they deserve to meet their every need. I truly care about thorough communication, attention to detail and forming a partnership with my clients to fulfill their real estate needs.
